I didn’t know what I was capable of until I tried Rise Tribe. It’s been great and I love working out with Amanda. She pushes me and helps accommodate my wrist injury. I’ve learned that health isn’t just about fitness and eating right, it’s about mental health as well and we often overlook that. Since I’ve joined, I’ve been happier and I’ve lost a few inches! I’d recommend this to everyone, it’s an awesome community and I love being a part of it!

If you’re looking for a place that tells you that you’re enough, that you belong and that you don’t have to be perfect, you just gotta show up, then this is the place for you! I’ve spent years with a love-hate relationship with fitness. I belonged to a gym, but rarely went. I didn’t feel comfortable. Since working with Amanda, I have gained a lot of energy and confidence in how I can exercise and the mindfulness activities and are fabulous! I love being in this tribe and knowing I'm not alone!
