SALES POLICY
The purchase of products on this website are subject to the following terms and conditions. All customers are advised to review these carefully before making any purchase.
Each PDF download and online content sold is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer the product/s they purchased to any third party or person.
All transactions are made through payment gateways such as Stripe. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
All purchases made on or through www.riseaswe.com are non-refundable. Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us at amanda@riseaswe.com to discuss a resolution.
By placing an order with Rise As We, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us), and accept these terms & conditions, which shall apply to all orders placed. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights.
RETURN POLICY
As all of our products are digital they are deemed "used" after being sent, downloaded or opened. This unfortunately means we have a strict no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with product.

This contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, excluding that State’s choice-of- law principles, and all claims relating to or arising out of this contract, or the breach thereof, whether sounding in contract, tort or otherwise, shall likewise be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, excluding that State’s choice-of-law principles.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
You enter into this Release and waiver, and Assumption of Risk, for yourself and for others you permit to use the services with or without supervision.
In consideration of being permitted to utilize services, written or verbal and activities of or offerings by Rise As We and it’s agents, owners, employees, partners, independent contractors, volunteers, and all other persons acting in any capacity on their behalf, and other good and valuable consideration, the undersigned, hereby:
1. Acknowledge, understand and appreciate that my use of services, written or verbal and activities of or offerings by Rise As We entails risks, both known and unknown, including, without limitation, the possibility of physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, other serious and/or catastrophic personal injuries.
2. Expressively agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks, both known and unknown, that may arise as a result of me choosing to utilize services, written or verbal and activities of or offerings by Rise As We. I hereby confirm that I am voluntarily entering upon, participating in and using these services and that I am electing to take such voluntary actions in spite of the risks. I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being.
3. Expressly and voluntarily release and forever discharge Rise As We, and any persons acting in any capacity on their behalf, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action or liability for any loss, damages, injuries or death that I may suffer as a result of me participation in or use of services offered by Rise As We, whether the same arise out of or results from my act, omission or conduct of one more of the Rise As We parties negligent or otherwise.
4. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AM AWARE THAT IT CONTAINING A WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING MY RIGHT TO SUE OR HOLD A RISE AS WE PARTE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY WHICH I MAY SUFFER. I AM SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT OF MY OWN FREE WILL AND INTEND FOR MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
